Laws, court rules, procedures, deadlines, and facts change. Do not rely on Website content as a statement of current law or as advice about what you should do.

To the extent a dispute arising from these Terms may be heard in court, you agree that exclusive venue will lie in the state courts located in Dona Ana County, New Mexico, or the federal court with jurisdiction in Las Cruces, New Mexico, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
