It does not govern information handled after an attorney-client relationship begins, which may be subject to a separate engagement agreement, professional duties, and other applicable notices.
The Website is a public informational and lead-inquiry site. It is not a client portal, not a secure document exchange system, and not intended for submission of confidential legal information. At launch, the Website is designed not to sell personal information, not to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and not to use advertising pixels or remarketing audiences.
2. Information we collect

- Cookie and similar-technology information: essential settings, consent preferences, and limited measurement information if a privacy-focused analytics tool is enabled. The Website is designed not to deploy advertising cookies, Meta Pixel, Google Ads remarketing, or similar cross-site advertising technologies.
- Communications and records: messages, emails, voicemails, call notes, and related administrative records when you contact us. Calls are not recorded unless you receive a separate notice at the time of the call.

3. Sources of personal information
We collect personal information directly from you when you contact us or use the Website. We collect technical information automatically through your browser, device, hosting provider, security tools, and any limited analytics tool then active on the Website. We may also receive information from a person who refers you to us, from publicly available sources, or from a third party you authorize to contact us on your behalf.

We may use personal information to:

5. How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use Website inquiries to build advertising audiences or upload them to social-media advertising platforms.
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to service providers supporting the Website, email, contact-form delivery, security, limited analytics, and communications; professional advisers and insurers; government authorities or courts when required by law; and a successor organization in a merger or similar transaction, subject to applicable law and professional obligations.
6. Cookies, analytics, and online advertising
The Website may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to make the Website function, remember a privacy preference, protect forms from spam, and maintain security. You can control many cookies through browser settings, but blocking essential technologies may affect Website functionality.
The Website may use limited, privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate traffic and site performance. If such analytics are active, they are configured to avoid advertising use and are not intended to identify individual visitors. The Website is designed not to use targeted advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral advertising, or remarketing tags.
We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because no common industry standard governs them. If the Website ever uses technology that constitutes a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable law, we will honor applicable opt-out mechanisms, including a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, and update this Privacy Notice before that technology is used.
7. No sensitive-data intake through the public Website
Information you provide about a possible legal matter may be sensitive. Before we agree to represent you, do not assume that any communication is privileged, confidential, or protected by an attorney-client relationship. Use the Website only to provide enough general information for us to determine whether and how to respond.
Once an attorney-client relationship is established, the firm may provide a secure method for exchanging documents or more detailed information. The terms of the engagement and any secure portal notices will govern those communications.
8. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, including responding to an inquiry, conducting a conflict review, maintaining security, complying with professional and legal obligations, preserving records, and resolving disputes.
For an inquiry that does not result in representation, we generally seek to delete or de-identify the detailed inquiry record after 24 months. We may retain a limited record, such as your name, contact information, general matter category, and conflict-check information, for a longer period when reasonably necessary to comply with professional duties, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, or maintain an appropriate record of the interaction.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, multi-factor authentication where available, encryption in transit, vendor due diligence, anti-spam controls, backups, and security monitoring.
